Terms and Conditions

Directions (for those that need it): Your Terms and Conditions section is like a contract between you and your customers. You make information and services available to your customers, and your customers must follow your rules.

Common items in a terms and conditions agreement allow you to:

• Custom orders are paid in full prior to materials being purchased from the warehouse and DHP getting started. 
• Client is responsible for the print images to be in PNG or SVG format, which is best for printing. 
• Care for product cares are shared online on the website, on social media, and may be placed in the order bag. Wash COLD Air Dry or Low. 
• Custom work can be stressful, reminder to be kind. Mr. Sean is 'the nice guy' and Mrs. Kris will set boundaries where needed. A sense of humor is nice. Sarcasm is great. Still Be Kind.
